ReachNow Ride is available:
Every day starting at 6AM.
Sunday through Thursday, Ride is available until midnight.
Fridays and Saturdays, Ride is available until 2AM.
Remember, you can always schedule a Ride up to 7 days in advance.
At ReachNow we aim to be as transparent as possible — you’ll always get a cost estimate before each Ride and we’ll never hit you with any sneaky surge pricing.
Our prices are based on three things:
A per trip base fare of $3.24 (inclusive of taxes & fees*), a per minute rate of $0.40 and a per mile rate of $2.40.
*Fees include the City of Seattle Accessibility Fee and Regulatory Fee.
How can I use ReachNow Ride?
ReachNow Ride is available to all Seattle Members. To use, enter your destination in the app to see a price estimate and ETA.
What is the ReachNow Ride Service Area? Is it the same as the Drive coverage area?
Not currently. Members can be dropped off throughout the City of Seattle, as well as at Sea-Tac airport. We do not pick-up at the Sea-Tac airport with Ride.
Which vehicle types will I be picked up with?
We offer BMW 3 Series and BMW X1 vehicles for ReachNow Ride.
Does Ride have surge pricing?
No, ReachNow Ride does not have surge pricing. Actual fares are based on trip distance and duration, plus base fare and any applicable fees and taxes. ReachNow Ride reserves the right to charge lower prices for promotional reasons.
How do I get a fare estimate?
From the home screen of the ReachNow app, enter your destination and you’ll see a fare and arrival time estimate. Fare estimates help you get a sense for what a trip may cost, and are based on the expected duration and distance of the trip. However, fare estimates are not guaranteed. We try to make your fare estimate as accurate as possible, but please keep in mind that actual fares may vary due to traffic, weather, and other factors and that additional fees may apply.
Can I schedule a Ride ahead of time?
Yes, you can schedule a Ride up to 7 days in advance.
Can I rate my driver?
Yes, at the end of your trip you will be shown a rating screen to rate your Ride experience and driver, with separate ratings for each. Ratings help to ensure the quality of our Ride service. There is also an opportunity to provide additional feedback about your experience in the comments area.
Can I be refused service by a ReachNow Ride driver?
While ReachNow Ride drivers strive to provide the best possible member experience, their safety is important to us. They reserve the right to refuse service to a member or end a trip prematurely if they feel unsafe in any way.
I require wheel chair accessible transportation - are you able to serve my needs?
At present, ReachNow does not operate wheelchair accessible vehicles. To arrange a wheelchair accessible vehicle, please contact +1 206 622 6500.
Does ReachNow Ride serve Seattle-Tacoma Airport?
Yes, we are able to drop off Members at Sea-Tac airport, but are currently unable to pick Members up at Sea-Tac. However, we are working to enable airport pickups as soon as we can. In the meantime, we have cars available for you to drive at the Wally Park Premier Garage.
Is there a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy for passengers?
Although there is no legal requirement that passengers be sober before they enter a ReachNow Ride vehicle, our drivers have the right to disallow members who are highly intoxicated from entering a vehicle (and thereby refusing to conduct a ride) if they believe the member could do harm to the vehicle or the driver. Any consumption of alcoholic beverages or other banned substances by any person inside a moving motor vehicle is illegal and will result in permanent loss of account access.
Which features of my Ride can be personalized?
You can set preferences for your Ride right from the app once you’ve requested a driver. These preferences are then visible to your Ride driver:
- Quiet Time (on or off): We can all appreciate a moment of Zen. Tap ‘quiet mode’ and our driver will let you relax and enjoy the Ride.
- Temperature setting: Make your Ride temperature perfect for you.
- Radio station: Select out of a list of local radio stations to set the perfect mood.

How do I recover an item I left behind in the car?
