Located within close proximity to Abiqua Falls is South Falls situated in Silver Creek State Park. Considered by many to be one of Oregon’s premier state park the falls and surrounding wilderness is definitely weekend worthy as camping and hiking in the area are idyllic. 5. Tumalo Falls-

Distance From Portland - 170 Miles

Located in Tumalo State Park not far from the outdoor adventure mecca of Bend, Oregon, Tumalo Falls is a popular destination for outdoor and waterfall enthusiasts. The spectacular 89-foot main waterfall is worth the trip alone, however, many visitors choose to only check out the main TUmalo Falls trailhead and forego the rest of the areas magical falls. This makes hiking the rest of Tumalo Creek worth the effort, especially if you enjoy some solitude with your wilderness experience.
