Seattle

Were can I end my trip?
You can end your trip in any regular or metered on-street parking spot with a one hour time limit or more within the Seattle Home Area. This includes Seattle's Restricted Parking Zones (RPZs) all of our Seattle vehicles come with the required permit.
 
 
 
Sea-Tac Airport - Wally Park Premier Garage
You can also begin and end your trip at WallyPark Premier Garage at 18613 International Blvd, Sea-Tac WA 98188. ReachNow has a dedicated parking area located on Level 2 of the garage. You can then take the WallyPark shuttle to the terminal. When returning from the airport, hop on the WallyPark Premier Garage shuttle, which picks up at island 1 and island 3 in the Courtesy Shuttle area at Sea-Tac. Where can I park after selecting 'Park and Come Back'?
Anywhere you can park your own car. You can drive your ReachNow vehicle outside of the Seattle Home Area and park temporarily in any legal parking space within the U.S. While in 'Park and Come Back' mode, parking charges for on-street metered spots in the Seattle Home Area are included in the ReachNow parking rate. You don't need to pay at the meter yourself. You are responsible for any parking charges incurred while outside the Home Area. You are also responsible for paying for parking charges in private lots or garages within the Home Area.
 
Where can I NOT end my trip?
Outside of the Seattle Home Area You must end your trip in the same Home Area that you started in. You cannot, for example, pick up a vehicle in Seattle and drop it off in Portland. Parking spaces specified for special use You cannot park and end a trip in valet zones, bus zones, commercial vehicle load zones, customer service zones or reserved disabled parking. You cannot park in spaces marked 'Car Share Vehicles Only'. You cannot park in temporary no parking zones that occur within 24 hours of the time you park.
 
 
Private off-street parking You cannot park and end a trip in private, off-street parking like a driveway, garage, office building, mall or apartment complex. Parking spaces with short time limits You cannot park in spaces with time limits of less that 1 hour.
 
 
Rush hour and bus-only lanes Some lanes convert from parking to traffic lanes during peak hours (6-9 am and 3-7 pm). Other lanes convert from parking to bus-only lanes at set times. You cannot park in special lanes like this due to the risk of towing.
 
 
Seattle Exception Zone  We allow ONE EXCEPTION ONLY IN DOWNTOWN SEATTLE: If the lane will not convert within 1 hour for the following area: bordered by I-5 to the east, Alaskan Way to the west, Stewart St. to the north and Yesler Way to the south). For example, in this Downtown area you can park in a 6-9 a.m. peak hour lane at 4:30 a.m., but you cannot park there at 5:30 a.m. because it will convert in less than 1 hour.
 
 

Other Restrictions: You cannot park in areas where you wouldn't be able to park your own private vehicle. If it would result in a ticket or tow within 12 hours of parking there, you are responsible for the ticket or tow. If it would always result in a ticket or tow, you are responsible for the ticket or tow. These can include, but are not limited to, Temporary No Parking Areas, Bus Stops, Disabled Spaces (w/out a valid, displayed permit), Taxi Parking, Any Private Parking Lot or Driveway, etc. Legal Parking distances: In Seattle, you must obey the following parking distances: 5 feet from driveways, 15 feet from fire hydrants, 20 feet from crosswalks, and 30 feet from Stop or Yield signs. Please pay attention to avoid any yellow or red painted curbs.

Portland

Where can I end my trip?
You can end your trip in any regular or metered on-street parking spot with a one hour time limit or more within the Portland Home Area.
 
 
Where can I park after selecting 'Park and Come Back'?
Anywhere you can park your own car. You can drive your ReachNow vehicle outside of the Portland Home Area and park temporarily in any legal parking space within the U.S. While in 'Park and Come Back' mode, parking charges for on-street metered spots in the Portland Home Area are included in the ReachNow parking rate. You don't need to pay at the meter yourself. You are responsible for any parking charges incurred while outside the Home Area. You are also responsible for paying for parking charges in private lots or garages within the Home Area.
 
Where can I NOT end my trip?
 
 
Outside of Your Home Area You must end your trip in the same Home Area that you started in. You cannot, for example, pick up a vehicle in Portland and drop it off in Seattle.
 
Parking spaces specified for special use You cannot park and end a trip in valet zones, bus zones, commercial vehicle load zones, customer service zones or reserved disabled parking. You cannot park in spaces marked 'Car Share Vehicles Only'. You cannot park in temporary no parking zones that occur within 24 hours of the time you park.

Brooklyn

Where can I end my trip?
You can end your trip in any regular, non-metered street parking spot within the Home Area. On streets with 2,4 or 6 day-a-week street sweeping, you may end your trip if the scheduled cleaning will not take place for at least 12 hours. Members are responsible for all street sweeping tickets for vehicles that are parked in a street sweeping zone within 12 hours of the start of the restriction.
 
Where can I park after selecting 'Park and Come Back'?
Anywhere you can park your own car. You can drive your ReachNow vehicle outside of the Brooklyn Home Area and park temporarily in any legal parking space within the U.S. You may park at meters and in private garages/lots throughout Brooklyn (and outside of the home area) while using 'Park and Come Back' in an active rental, but you are responsible for paying the meter cost.
 
Where can I NOT end my trip?

Street Sweeping Spaces within 12 hours of Start of Restriction Street sweeping restricted spaces less than 12 hours prior to the restriction starting are NOT approved for ending your trip. As an example, ending a ReachNow trip at 10 PM on Sunday night in a Monday/Thursday 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM street sweeping restricted space is OK. Ending the same trip on Sunday night at 11:35 PM could result in a ticket that you would be responsible for. Metered Spaces Parking meters, both traditional and pay-and-display throughout our Home Area are restricted from ending your trip. Outside of the Home Area You must end your trip in the Brooklyn Home Area. Fire Hydrants No parking within 15 feet of either side of a fire hydrant. Private Driveways, Parking Lots, and Garages Do not end your ReachNow trip in ANY private driveway or parking area, or ANY publicly accessible pay garage or parking lot. Other Restrictions You cannot end your trip in areas where you wouldn't be able to park your own private vehicle. If it would result in a ticket or tow within 12 hours of parking there, you are responsible for the ticket or tow. If it would always result in a ticket or tow, you are responsible for the ticket or tow. These can include, but are not limited to, temporary no parking areas, bus stops, disabled spaces (without a valid, displayed permit), taxi parking, no standing zones, and police/fire department only parking location.

Drop Zones are dedicated parking areas for ReachNow vehicles. We set up Drop Zones at events and in crowded neighborhoods to help our members find easy, convenient parking. All our Drop Zone spaces are sign posted so you'll always know which spots are reserved for ReachNow cars.
